At Period Bae, we strive to provide high-quality, thoughtfully curated self-care boxes that make your period a little easier. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds. Please review our policy below.

Returns Policy

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on our subscription boxes or individual products once they have been shipped. This ensures that all items remain safe, sanitary, and unused for every customer.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

Refunds & Replacements

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following situations:

Damaged or Defective Products – If your box arrives with broken or unusable items, send us an email at hello@periodbae.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Missing Items – If any products are missing from your box, let us know, and we’ll ship the missing item(s) to you at no extra cost.

Lost or Undelivered Packages – If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, we will investigate the issue with the carrier and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.

Subscription Cancellations & Refunds

🔹 Monthly Subscriptions – You can cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. We do not offer refunds for already processed or shipped boxes.

🔹 Prepaid Subscriptions (3-Month, 6-Month, or Annual Plans) – Prepaid plans are non-refundable, but you can choose to transfer the remaining boxes to another recipient if you no longer wish to receive them.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2-3 business days with a resolution.
