3. Subscription & Billing

3.1 Subscription Plans

We offer recurring monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to be billed on a recurring basis until you cancel.

3.2 Billing & Payment

  • Payments are charged automatically on the billing date associated with your plan.
  • You must provide a valid payment method (credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment methods).
  • If a payment fails, we may suspend or cancel your subscription.

3.3 Cancellations & Refunds

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account before your next billing date.
  • Monthly subscriptions: Cancellations take effect the following billing cycle.
  • Prepaid plans (3-month, 6-month, or annual): Non-refundable but can be transferred to another recipient.
  • Refunds are only issued in cases of damaged, defective, or missing items (see our Return & Refund Policy).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across Canada; international shipping is not available.

  • We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.

5. Product Use & Safety

  • Our products are curated for personal care and wellness.
  • Customers should review ingredient lists and product details before use, especially if they have allergies or sensitivities.
  • We are not responsible for reactions or adverse effects resulting from product use. If you experience a reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare provider.
